  • We are making great progress with our construction phase and are incredibly proud of our amazing team working to renovate the building. For updates on our progress, please follow us on social media and subscribe to our monthly newsletter.

  • Residential Pre Leasing will start in February of 2025 with move-in expected around January of 2026. Prices will be available during the pre leasing period.

  • Commercial Pre Leasing will start September 2023 with move-in expected around June/July 2024. Prices will be available during the pre leasing period.

  • Event Preleasing will start in February of 2025 with move-in expected around January of 2026. Prices will be available during the pre leasing period.

  • Our glassed in event space on the roof has a capacity of up to 430 people.

  • We will have more details in this area as we begin releasing in February of 2025. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates as we move closer to that date.

  • Unfortunately, at this time we are closed to the public as we are an active construction site. We are excited to welcome residents and visitors alike during our Grand Opening in 2024. Please follow us on Social Media and subscribe to our monthly newsletter for updates on opening dates as we get closer.

  • Coworking Pre-leasing will start September 2023 with move-in expected around June/July 2024. Prices and ratio of desks/private offices will be available during the pre leasing period.

  • Phase 1 opens in Summer of 2024 which includes 3 floors of commercial space. Phase 2 opens in early 2026 which includes residential, event, and remaining commercial space.

  • When our renovation is complete, Tacoma Old City Hall will house Office, Retail, Residential, Food Hall, and Event Spaces.

  • When completed our Residential Units will range from 234-825 sq ft. All residential units are part of Phase 2.

  • When completed our Office Units will range in size from about 60-4000 sq ft. Office space will be available in Phases 1 and 2 of the project.

  • When completed our Retail Units will range in size from around 400-800 sq ft. All retail space will be available in Phase 1 of the project.

  • Please contact us for food hall related leasing questions. All food hall space will be available in Phase 1 of the project

  • The building has space for a variety of businesses in both phases both private and customer facing. For example, we have a potential bar space in Phase 2 on the Pacific Avenue level.

  • The building has been brought up to modern required code with seismic reinforcement and utilities. Some special build out requests for non-food related businesses can be met on a case by case basis.

  • Phase 1 will include 3 floors of commercial space. Phase 2 will include 1 floor of residential, and 2 floors of commercial space. Please see the drawing below for reference.

  • Rome wasn't built in a day. Nor was it planned and permitted in a day. The seismic reinforcement under modern requirements of a 130 year old building requires creative planning and execution. We are excited to be on schedule for our Phase 1 and 2 openings.
